Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sooma, we're committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Below you'll find our most up-to-date shipping and delivery policies.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

If an item is out of stock after your purchase is made, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of purchase.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

Please note: shipping times may vary slightly depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier delays, or unforeseen events. Orders may also ship in multiple packages, so items from the same order may arrive separately.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Additional fees may apply for remote areas — any such charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soomahealth.com.

We'll quickly investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund as needed.
